St. Franks Office

St. Frank’s Office is a workplace designed to offer functionality, unity, and comfort, supporting the growth and wellbeing of everyone within the organization. The concept centers around creating a space that encourages collaboration, evolution, and connection, while reflecting the brand’s global, handcrafted identity.

The design focuses on ergonomics, organization, and creating environments that support both the physical and mental health of employees. A large open space acts as the core of the project, connecting all areas of the office to create a sense of harmony and cohesion. At the center, a sculptural staircase and reception area anchor the space, becoming a visual focal point and gathering point for the team.

A custom lighting installation—composed of interacting spheres of varying sizes—was designed to represent St. Frank’s cultural values, symbolizing interconnected systems and the idea of a community perceived as a unified whole.

Dedicated zones such as the Brainstorming and Hoteling areas offer employees flexibility and variety. Hoteling stations support team members who work remotely or travel frequently, while also allowing permanent staff to shift their environment when seeking creativity or a break from routine.
